Hebei Xinyue Coking Co., Ltd.'s shut down coke ovens have coal quotas totaling 636,058.78 tons. Under the unified arrangement and coordination of provincial and municipal relevant departments and HBIS Group, Shisteel Company has transferred the coal quotas as follows: Hebei Xinyue Coking Co., Ltd.'s 434,000 tons of coal quotas were traded and transferred within Shijiazhuang City (winning bidder: Hebei Lima Gas Co., Ltd.), and the remaining 461,581.78 tons of coal quotas (259,523 tons from Shisteel and 202,058.78 tons from Xinyue Coking) were transferred to Tangshan Jiahua Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.'s chemical industrial park project.
